Yes you should register. Because the HR will also ask you to register first if you haven’t. And the registration process is easy so do it.

Hii ☺️ i have a scar down of my tumb finger backside so it's not consiable 🥹🥹 so do i get rejected for that i am really affraid to go but some people tell even with scars they will be selected 😟
Hi I am not sure how deep the scar is. Would suggest you to try and give the interview at least as there is no harm.
