the penny buff didn't actually do much, it just made people realise that she still existed and was always decent.
It did actually a lot, I used to play her sometimes in ranked but always felt like I'm dying on every approach, this actually let you play safer from longer distance making you much harder to kill =) It looks like small buff but it's actually heavy, making her more than viable :).. She was one of the worst brawlers before if you played vs just little bit better players
It made a LOT of difference
I never liked penny, but maybe this update will change it 😅
