It's Manzanita Village it's gorgeous! But I wouldn't recommend it to freshman because it's mainly upperclassmen living there so it's quiet and you won't get the freshman experience (coming from a freshman who lived there) however if you like having the beach 2mins away and don't mind quietness then Manzi is for you! Hope this helps :)
