Contrary to what you will read just though I’d share that you CAN widen the front of an l2501 or l2502 as well without wheel spacers, the r1 front wheels ARE tapered on both sides,I just did the rear of mine like this video and the front as well tractor looks great
Youre a madman lol but looks like you had fun
that boy is growin like crazy
Yes sir, that video was from last year to lol he is taller snd skinner now..lol
fun fact: there are 3 trillion trees on earth
Is that the 24" bucket? or the 16"?
@@cwhulke97 the 16”
Hey Channon, thought about you the other day, nice video, and nice work👍🙏
@@keiths4874 Thank you Keith!
Good video. Did your backhoe bucket come without teeth? I'm kinda jealous of the grapple, I need one.
@@odellmac2134 no i took the teeth off and stripped all the bolts so i haven’t put them back on lol the grapple is great attachment to have for sure.
Full watch! Well done
Great to hear from you! It’s been a while!
Good morning Channon!
@@tractortalkwithgary1271 Good morning Gary! Haven’t got any real tractor time in a while, felt good to get some work done…
Would have been a lot of work for a smaller tractor. Looks like there are still dips. Is box blade best tool for this job?
@@johnnywishbone1349 lots of rocks in this dirt so it’s probably not the best option,a skid steer would have been the better option..if it weren’t so rocky it would have turned out a little better..thanks for watching!
Laying those tools on the battery made me cringe! Thanks for an informative video. 👍👍
Apart from you putting “All” in your tractor great video; short, sweet and to the point on a simple ‘Oil’ Change, will reference it
I believe it's pronounced "ole" 😂
If you had to do it all over again $8k for backhoe attachment or $20k for decent used mini excavator? I'm struggling on this decision myself, I'm leaning towards a used mini excavator. Thanks for the video.
@@TonyGerena love the backhoe, but honestly I would do a mini excavator if i could have afforded it at the time..if u can definitely get the mini excavator…thanks for watching man!
Algorithm comment for the boys
Thank you sir! 👊🏻

@@SlackerHead83 Thank you sir!

im just gonna roll the whole tractor in next time. 😂

Well when you certify him as a operator you have to buy more land for him so he will have more to do
@@asylumsys i know that’s right! Lol
You're done, plus he is smooth
@@keiths4874 i appreciate it Keith!
Man that 2501 does a great job also be careful pushing trees down like that sometimes they can jump the stump an come back on ya ! Otherwise good work .
@@jessereed4957 thanks man!
Where get the socket set?
Looks like a good trip
Looking good Brother, Looks like a healthy fry population.....
Balls
That takes way to long. Stumping requires a strong excavator
It does, but it can be done with this backhoe, not for stump removal jobs but for personal use it works if u got the time..
Came across your video looking for reviews on these smaller tractors. Looks like it holds its own. Do you have water in your rears tires? Im lookjng at the same model local here in florida. Have you done any mowing with it ?
@@johnphinney292 no water in the tires, did a very small amount of bush hogging with it..i got a short video of that on the channel, unfortunately i bent my bush hog and can’t use it at the moment but it can be fixed..thanks for watching man!
I think i just found the perfect piece of equipment to get started on my 10 overgrown acres. Amazing work operating the machine made it look easy as cake. Am hyped for your kids having an awesome dad. props!
@@kailenpiardi2721 yea sir,it will get the job done..i appreciate the kind words man, you’re awesome 👊🏻
The best time lately to be cutting...
On 5th gear will consume 60 amp hour, so you'll need batery over than 120 amp for 2 hour ride. Every hour on 5th gear it will consume 60 amp hour. So you'll need batery over than that, like if you're riding 55 lbs motor, you'll need at least 150 amp batery to ride 2 hour on 5th gear
Looking Good Brother, Place is really shaping up, Praying you and the Family are well🙏👍
Thanks keith!

That's looking good, bud. You have a beautiful place and home.
I appreciate it!
thank you for posting your mistake. you may have prevented me from making the same mistake. getting my first tractor delivered next week. you earned the like, comment, subcribe!
Thanks man! Yeah it can definitely be avoided, its amazing at the force you can create with these tractors. Im glad this could prevent someone else from making this mistake, congratulations on the new tractor!
Just ordered a Piranha blade for my tractor
Heck yeah! 👊🏻
i bought a grapple and the bar for the same reason, I have way too many trees just too big for a brush hog but not big enough to get good wood out of and a TON of the poison plants. I wanted the bar to rip through the poison plant roots so I can better manage them by other means. The grapple will come in handy for moving all the stuff somewhere where I cant get in it lol my stuff will be coated in Urushiol oil when Im done though.
That's where the tooth bar will shine. Material just over what the rotary cutter can handle.
Piranha, looks like a blue gill bite to me
Great job!! How many hours roughly did you have into digging this pond?
Thank you! At least 80 hours if i had to guess..

Not only are not testing underload in water, which would give you the only accurate time limit for this, but you have been running your trolling motor for that long with the outside of water and a lot of people don’t know this, but the brushes on the inside of your motor and everything and it gets cooled by sitting in the water running it that long and getting that brush motor that warm without it sitting in water is not a good idea ever
Still need to test in the water. Still have to add resistance
Still need to read the other 50 comments
got forks, but still want a grapple
looking good, been doing a lot of the same lately, set off a big pile from the pond cleanup and doing good, did have some bad "Happenings" lately, wife passed away this past February after a 10+ year battle with cancer😢, heart has not been into getting much done😢 but trying to continue like what she'd want, Take care Brother👍🙏
I’m sorry to hear that brother, keep pushing forward and take care to brother! 🙏🏻
Nice drop bro. Where's your overalls 😅😅
Lol thanks bro
Jackhammer.
Man a tooth bar wouldve saved you a TON of time.
Music is putting me to sleep
Good,That means it’s relaxing then..lol
The drain plugs are 19mm not 20mm. 20mm works but is a rare size and someone could round off their oil plugs. Thanks for tip on using channel locks for oil filter and where the dipstick was. Mine was stuck in hard with rubber grabbing and I never would have guessed that was the dipstick. I may have missed it (fast forwarded a bit because you were too slow in getting to good stuff) but I never heard you mention the oil capacity.
Yeah I didn’t have a 19mm,I should have clarified that,it’s 6 quarts..im due for another change in a month, ill do a more informative and quick video lol i appreciate you watching!
I guess with patience, you could dig a hole for a foundation..
