there are a lot of stray dogs but there are a lot of people who look after and feed them (* ´ ▽ ` *)ﾉ but you will rarely see any stray cats. infact, i have never seen one yet. whoever visits bhutan, i hope you have a wonderful time here (* ´ ▽ ` *)ﾉ
