    I don't think Mrs Duck or her babies trust Mr. Goose. She keeps herself between the goose and her brood and they swarm closer to her when the goose gets 🤔🤔🤔

    That’s a Cormorant, they don’t have the oils in their feathers like other waterfowl birds to repel water. So it needs to dry their wings off like you’re seeing in the video order to fly.

      Actually, it’s a long story. This mother flew to this platform on the fifth floor. Then the eggs are laid and the ducklings hatch out. If I hadn't been there, the crow would have taken away several ducklings. Finally, I reported it to the property manager, and they and the relevant professionals transported the mother and duckling away.

    That's a northern flicker. Some say it is a woodpecker; others say it is a close relative. In general, woodpeckers are never seen on the ground, but obviously flickers do not obey this rule.

      ​@@damaohudong Do an image search for Northern flicker and you will see images of this bird. Do the same image search for woodpecker and you will see many birds, most of whom do not look like the bird in your video. The red moustache is a sign that this individual is a male.
