I decided to make a music video for the band Vast, due to the small number of promotional videos that the band has put forward. The creative director of the band and lead singer Jon Crosby famously left his record contract at Elekra In 2002 In favor of retaining the cult aesthetic and major appeal of the band and It's music. Vast Is widely considered, the super band that never was, but It's not their detriment, Instead of a running the risk of creative compromise In the face of mass appeal, Vast has cut a wonderful niche Into the alternate music scene and has continued to pump out quality to this day.

My Interpretation is that, the Robot(s) (AI) is evolving, and that the whole auto bots are basically taking over the world, expanding, revolutionizing... Fast just as fast as a volcano eruption. But that is just my thoughts. It is an amazingly powerful piece. Woodkid and team done an amazing editing job, everything in sync. So gripping!

Genres in general are becoming annoying because we have so many genre/sub-genres that is takes away from the main point of having them. Anyways I would still consider it dubstep and its stupid that people correct me and go "NO NO NO NO, ITS ACTUALLY THIS REALLY OBSCURE SUB-GENRE THAT ONLY HAS LIKE 5 SONGS"
I still come back to this video. Great work man, honestly. It's a shame Manson doesn't release some more stuff from this era. He did a AMA on Reddit with Billy Corgan and apparently Billy had some (little) input during the recording of Mechanical Animals. I think MA was his best work.
Paul Adey Totally agree...I feel like he will eventually dive back into the archives, there's allot of material that was recorded throughout this tour. It's likely tied up with red tape over at his old label Interscope. They didn't exactly part on great terms. We can only hope though.

Ah. Back when Marilyn Manson was the shit. I still own all his newer albums, but from Portrait to Holy Wood he was a fucking God. GAOG wasn't a bad album, but after that is when he started going in the wrong direction in my opinion. He scared the shit out of people back in the 90's, now not so much. I still love him though. One of the greats of my generation.
