Welcome! I'm Beth Conlon, PhD, RDN, a Pediatrics and Family Nutrition Expert and Mom of 4 littles!
I am passionate about helping individuals and families heal their relationship with food and body through balanced nutrition.
I believe that everyone is capable of learning how to eat in a balanced way that makes them feel GOOD, free of fad diets and harmful dieting behaviors.
I film nutrition education videos because it is SO important to get accurate and updated nutrition information out into this world - as there is way too much nutrition misinformation and overwhelm. I want the best for you and your family, and I am on a mission to raise generations of healthy kiddos who have a positive relationship with food, body, and self!

I’m not a parent but I think this is wonderful. It’s a great way to show your kids that healthy eating is important but not making any foods “bad”. My parents labeled all food deemed unhealthy as “bad” and I’ve not had the healthiest relationship with food.
Thank you! Yes, I completely agree. I grew up with the “bad foods” label as well and it took me years to repair my relationship with food (still on the journey!). Part of my platform is helping undo that mindset so that we can raise less disordered eating (and hopefully healthier) kiddos!
