My name is Hank. I currently live in Euless, Texas, which is a suburb city in between Dallas and Fort Worth.
Trying to put more videos on my channel cause im bored. And after seeing how popular my first video got after i added it almost 2 years ago, i just thought i would add some more i have and try to make new ones. My vids are going to be mostly about weather occurances here in DFW, Texas, anything from bizarre to just fairly normal or maybe just boring. Please keep in mind that these amateur storm videos, not ones like you see from professional storm chasers. Also just random ones of things i see or do. A fair warning: I curse like a sailor as well as my friends do, so my vids do have language in them. So just keep that in mind. Thanks for looking at my channel.

This is my video of the record setting snowfall on February 11, 2010. The snow fell non-stop for almost 24 hours, starting at around 4am on Feb. 11, and not ending until about 4am on Feb. 12. Another round of snow in Dallas/Fort Worth. You wouldn't think this is Texas. This was the 3rd time this month there has been a snow event here. Snowstorm in Texas! 12/24/09

This is my footage of the snowstorm that hit DFW, Texas on December 24, 2009. This was part of the blizzard that hit in Oklahoma. This storm dropped 4 inches of snow (unheard of in Texas) in the part of Fort Worth I was in. This also was the first time snow was on the ground in Dallas/Fort Worth on Dec. 25th since 1926. This was a very rare event in this area.

A Wednesday evening storm that brought tornado warnings to the area. I was mistaken about them being the first of 09. There was a storm in February that issued tornado warnings (see other video). The strong storms that came through Dallas/Fort Worth, TX on Saturday May 2, 2009. Severe Thunderstorm and Flash Flood Warnings issued. Wind gusts between 50 and 60 mph. Hail reported, I did not see any. This is also the storm that caused the collapse of the Dallas Cowboys Practice Faciliy.

I didn't even realize this was coming. This storm dropped baseball size hail in Keller and in North Richland Hills which about 5 or 6 miles west of me causing damage to a lot of vehicles. I did not get any though. Severe Thunderstorm Warning issued.

First storm this spring. Was not a significant one. The temps are still too cool. Had a little bit of hail, but small and brief. Severe Thunderstorm Watch and Flood Advisory issued. No Warnings.

February is an unusual month for a severe thunderstorm and for a tornado watch to be issued, even in texas. Pretty boring video cause it was too dark to really get much. Also the storm was not as severe as it was made out to be here, which i am thankful for cause as much as i love filming them, they can be dangerous and destructive. Oklahoma saw the worst of this storm.

This is pretty boring but thought i would just put it on here anyway. It was the worst ice storm in DFW, Texas in 6 years. I got up too late so most of it had melted off before i went outside. So basically i was just bored.

Tailgating before the Dallas Cowboys vs. New York Giants playoff game on 1-13-08. First playoff game at Texas Stadium in 10 years (i think). Also now the last one as well. Of course everyone knows who won. The Giants went on the win the Super Bowl.
Talking Sirens Prelude

This video is actually part of my other video "Talking Tornado Sirens" which i added nearly 2 years ago. I saw quite a few comments about the clouds on that video. This video is actually what i took before the sirens actually started going off. Looked like a couple of funnels might have come down with th way the clouds are constantly moving, but did not see any.

My area has had talking tornado sirens for my entire life. These sirens have a sense of urgency unlike anything I've ever heard.
Sounds like a federal signal modulator siren. They are electronic signs with pre programmed voices to indicate warnings, tests etc.
The reason the sirens can talk because it’s a speaker siren not a chopper horn siren

Did a tornado touch down somewhere
yeah because on 6/10/2009 i was 1 year old and then my 23 year old rene was looking on the NOAA weather radio because a tornado warning was issued until 7:45 pm on 6/10/2009 for collin county dallas county rockwall county and tarrant counties and we just saw a supercell thunderstorm producing a tornado and it produced 60 to 80 mph winds and it was hailing in fort worth dallas carrollton addison arlington during the texas rangers game in arlington texas so that's goodbye ka-ching!!!!
