Dr. Ambedkar was right. I too never consider Gandhi as a Mahatma. He was a double standard and lacked logic in his claims. His stubbornness and dictatorial role compelled Netaji to leave Congress and had to fight for India's freedom taking help of Axis forces. Congress never recognised Netaji's role in Indian freedom, but the freedom was achieved only after INA's action and subsequent revolt within Indian segments in the British Army.

One can learn Buddha's teachings and philosophies and live a life according to it while not worshipping him as a god or practicing any religious rituals. Unfortunately different traditional sects of Buddhism focuses on rituals and worship of Buddha, just like hinduism. Dr. Ambedkar's neo-Buddhism, focuses more on the philosophical and ethical aspects of Buddha's teachings without the need for deity worship or religious rituals. Dr. Ambedkar's approach, particularly in the context of his work in India, sought to provide a more rational and socially transformative interpretation of Buddhism, emphasizing its egalitarian and humanitarian aspects. He was critical of the superstitions of traditional Theravada Buddhism just as he was critical of hindu superstitions.
@@studentofthegr8art I'll not follow Neo-Buddhism. I will follow only what the old Gods said. Ambedkar Ji is a genius but I won't follow him blindly, I will not fall namaz for Ambedkar or do Bhakti of Modi. I like Ambedkar because he gives me inspiration for reading and hard work.
