BGM is so high that it’s irritating
Last year was tough for me too, I felt like I wasted my time, had nothing to be proud of so I started running, at first it was just sosmething i did so i won´t be exhausted stepping up the stairs but after a while i got happier, felt more accomplished and better over all. It helped me to shut up my overthinking mind and gave me small victories. Suddenly i could handle difficult situations because I beated hard situations before. Thank you for this video, everyone struggles with diffrent things we don´t see in our everyday life, so it´s nice to see that we´re not alone

This is all great advice. I really liked the sticky note graph Sometimes its super helpful to actually see all of your tasks, problems, etc all layed out - in my experience, this typically results in the realization that while i thought i had 100 tasks or 100 issues to solve, i actually only had 3.... Our brains work in mysterious ways. Keep up the good work brother! Congrats on getting sponsored!

One tip i can give people is! I hate to have a boring time, so I put myself in different situations where I will experience boredom! For example I will go up way earlier than usual and have nothing to do, the pain of boredom is worse than the pain of working on project! I will stay occupied and busy so i wont feel the pain of boredom!

When you said "we just hit a 100 subs" I was like "WHAT" I genuinely felt like I was watching a creator whos been at this grind for years.
