Great to see the impact Jeff has made and is making. He was a legend in the university/college years (took many L's from the man myself). His energy, skill and overall excellence (along with the energy of his dad in the stands/in the gym) inspired a lot of younger people (high school etc) by showing them what greatness was on the court.

Mr. Chung was the best Teacher ever Mr. Chung was my grade 6 teacher and was amazing Mr. Chung taught alot not only about thing you learn in school but about life, I also remember the quotes Mr. Chung told our class "Good, better, best. Never let it rest. 'Til your good is better and your better is best." “Early is on time, on time is late, and late is UNACCEPTABLE!” Thank for being my grade 6 teacher Its was an honor to Learn from you Mr. Chung Best wishes Mr. Q

Great video, would you add that one foot be slightly ahead of the other? I find it helps to move forward and backward while keeping the side side mobility.
I wish i had a jump pad like that
