What was supposed to be our dream home quickly turned into a nightmare, all thanks to their unprofessionalism, lack of care, and utter disregard for quality. Up until we signed the paperwork, everything seemed fine. The salespeople, including Rhonda, were nice enough, but the moment we signed, everything changed. Rhonda became incredibly rude and outright mean. She had no interest in helping us and seemed to take pleasure in saying “no” to everything. It was like she made it her mission to turn people away. Every question was met with resistance, every concern was dismissed. You would expect a little assistance when making one of the biggest purchases of your life, but not here. After we missed out on some of the upgrades we wanted due to poor communication on their part, we were met with constant attempts to upcharge us for basic things. What’s worse is that even after you overpay for their so-called “upgrades” at their design center, the installation is a complete disaster. The quality of workmanship is horrific. Every dollar you spend feels wasted because they simply don’t care about how it turns out. And when we dared to ask questions about the poor quality? We were rudely told to leave the property and not come back until the house was finished. Can you imagine? And don’t expect to get help from anyone in management either. They all support each other and cover for each other’s mistakes, from the salespeople to the higher-ups. You won’t get any help, no matter how high up you go. It’s like a toxic circle where no one cares about fixing the real issues. They have no pride in their work. They don’t want you to see what a mess they’re making because they know they aren’t doing it right. And here’s something even worse: the salespeople are calling the shots on the construction! Even if the construction team wanted to do the right thing, Rhonda and her crew wouldn’t let them. It’s clear they enjoy making their customers feel helpless and miserable. They have zero concern for your happiness, your money, or your time. Every homeowner we’ve spoken to in our community regrets buying from this builder. They cut corners everywhere they can and do a terrible job on everything they touch.
