My dog loves this tennis ball shooter - however I've bought two of them now. They only seem to last about a month before the rubber band in them breaks. Now that my second one is broke, I want to replace the rubber band in it and clean it up inside rather than buy a third shooter. I'm waiting for a reply from Nerf Dog now, but is there any video anywhere explaining the proper way to disassemble the shooter, clean and replace parts and properly reassemble it? I cannot seem to figure out how to remove the orange end as that, other than a few screws, is the only thing holding it together. That orange end appears to have 8 tiny screws holding it on but half of those screws are only accessible from inside the unit. Thank you everyone for your help.

Thanks! Watching other videos it showed the dogs ears down. When I went to put some ear drops in I became unsure of the position, this just reassured me it was in the up position and that was okay. Great video all around.

Gary, Please do not foreclose our new construction. Let our builder have a chance to finish it. It Does not make any sense to foreclose us while we are still paying the mortgage. My husband and I are too old and too sick for all these stress.

Is this supposed to help with pulling? I have a 2 German shepherds...one male, one female. I use a gentle leader on the male and it works like a dream. My female will NOT tolerate the gentle leader.....would this stop pulling?

These products don't have the same or even similar features. The Petcube is more to see or play with your pet. The PETKIT is more like a Fitbit but for a dog. It tracks their moment, sleep, and how much food they should eat to stay healthy. So I don't see how you can compare the two and say you would pick the Petcube.

A followup regarding durability would be a great addition to your review. I'm looking for a replacement to the Paraflight which my dog shredded right away. We had a Flying Squirrel before, which lasted longer, but still got flat and shredded. I don't like how regular frisbees might be dangerous, as my dog catches them in the air, and they are hard.
