Hi, I'm Suzanne Klasen, your MCC/ECC CLIA Certified Cruise Counselor. I've been cruising for more than 42 years. My goal is to provide concierge level of service to all my customers throughout the vacation planning process. I take the time to get to know each of my customers personally and help them to select a vacation experience that is tailored just to them. My extensive knowledge of the cruise industry helps me to provide many tips and suggestions that further enhance the experience for my clients. I can help you find that perfect romantic getaway for two including honeymoons, group or family reunion cruise that meets the needs of each generation, active or relaxed family cruises and more. After we did the presentation on Sunday and stopped the recording one of the guests asked us about the E1 - Infinite Veranda Cabins and Concierge Class cabins. I realized that in editing the presentation I accidentally deleted the slide with the information on those types of cabins. Those are the standard and most poular veranda cabins on ship, and I have the majority of my group allocation in those categories.
