We have to vet our buyers so you take all of their address details etc, you can normally tell over the phone if they are serious or have a strange feeling. Sometimes I bring someone else to the viewing with me but I haven’t had any problems so far !

The high street agency themselves charge from 1%-2% fee to the seller, then the agent themselves usually receive circa 10% of that . Example: £1,000,000 listing = £10,000 - £20,000 fee to the agency = £1,000 - £2000 commission to the agent themselves If you work in a brokerage and are self - employed then usialky the commission slpit is usually 50/50 between broker and agent, but some brokerages offer agents 70% commission split. So using the same example - £1,000,000 listing = £10,000 - £20,000 brokerage fee = £5,000 - £10,000 agent commission. Hope this makes sense and is helpful

Hello! Yes that’s about right. Each agency is different but then the agent (myself) gets a certain % of that 1%. It varies with each property

He did when he was younger. The needle teeth!! They will slowly start to fall out. He is now 6 months old and has nearly all of his adult teeth. It used to be soooo painful and difficult to deal with , just know it’s temporary! Once they get a bit older they know its wrong, so when you tell them off they understand. Hope this helps!

Oh how exciting!! Yes the donut is one of his favourites. A little bit of advise would be to get toys which crinkle or have fur or dangly bits, they love it as they can rip it apart!

We’ve had him for nearly 2 weeks , he was 9 weeks old in the video and coming onto 10 weeks now! How is it going for you?

​@@christinawilliamssIt's going good. She is very sweet. Crate training is going very well and potty training is going alright. I just wish she was able to let us know when she has to go outside. Right now we're taking her out every hour. During the night every 3 hours or so.

That’s amazing that she’s liking the crate! That is what we’re finding the most difficult. We spend the first 3/4 sitting outside and have him a big well done with some treats when he went to the toilet outside. Now after almost 2 weeks with him he never goes inside. When he starts to sniff around inside, I run outside with him and he almost always needs the toilet. To start with i went outside every 30 minutes. Keep me updated in the process!

​@@christinawilliamssMy puppy is doing awesome during the night. We also put some bells on our door and she learned to ring them to go outside to go potty with in a few hours of us hanging them on the knob. It's amazing how smart these puppies are!

It’s become more difficult to try and play football every night after work😆 but as long as he’s awake and active that seems to be helping him sleep at night!
