Everyone should be aware that there are THREE sewage treatment plants in Dubai South that are making residents lives a misery with the overwhelming stench of Intense sewage gases in the air and stopping residents from sleeping. Search on Google Maps "sewage treatment plants and there are 3 along EXPO Road all the way from the SZR exit up to The Pulse Development Exit where South Bay is being promoted with massive mansions and lagoons. It is totally unacceptable that residential areas that are being heavily promoted have these toxic waste processing plants. I saw a post last week and residents as far as Damac Hills 17km away can smell these noxious sewage gases. The owner residents around the Pulse Community are censoring posts about this and tenants and owners are finding out about these issues too late

Trump will massively increase sanctions on Iran. All sanctions loop holes will be closed. This will make any trade with Iran from any country including the UAE difficult. Even Emirates or FlyDubai for example might find it difficult to continue flying over Iranian airspace due to USA sanctions on Iran.

Thanks for giving your honest review! We are invested in a 4-bed townhouse in D2 (in the Water Town Cluster). It's a nice cluster with amazing amenities but D2 is quite far out of the city. Any idea what return we should be looking out before exiting the investment? Then of course we're hoping to buy in the dip sometime between 2027-2028. Good luck to us all :)
