Thank you it helped but if your spring was stuck all u had to do was reset the spring and the metal bar come out father ether the plastic
For me, it would read the correct password 12345 but got stuck opening. Turns out I just needed to change the batteries and it opens perfectly now
I purchased a battery tester and discovered that two of my AAA batteries were almost dead. Once I replaced them the handle opened correctly.
But HOW did you get in if handle wasn't working? You show the safe already opened up. We need to know HOW to OPEN.
