It's because I had an Easter Egg in my inventory, which has around a 20% chance to blow up in confetti if it's dropped. It's also deadly!

I'm assuming you're using world edit or voxel sniper right? As a builder, I'd recommend you attempt to learn Axiom instead, or at least add it to your pack since it's compatible with those other two.
I am using Worldedit. I’ve heard of Axiom from other RUclipsrs using it but I haven’t got around to trying it out. Thanks for the advice!
