Your thoughts are a reflection of the effect that attachment to people actions and to your physical world experiences has had on your consciousness. If you have repetitive thoughts, then that means your consciousness is attaching a lot of emotion to them. Then they get saved in your memory with that emotion, which makes your subconscious mind believe that they are very important to you. Hence, it keeps playing them back to you; which then reinforces them in your consciousness and triggers it create even more such thoughts. If they are negative thoughts, then you’re in a downward spiral of reinforcement. This is a wonderful interview, Lauren. I love Suzanne and you totally followed her train of thought/expression and brought out deeper concepts from her. I've watched & listened to many interviews, by far the best! 😘

watching this video and thinking/questioning/contemplating out loud: Do I feel worthy of receiving a partner? Do I feel worthy of being seen, loved, respected, desired? Do I love, see, respect and desire myself? What is my belief system about men? About women? How are men in my world? How do I perceive them? How about women? What is my belief system about myself? How do I carry myself in this world? How do I perceive myself? What have my parents taught me about relationships? What stories have I adopted as my own, about relationships?

I wish I could find a medium without giving them my last name and phone number. It's impossible now. I did have a reading with Suzanne Giesemann and loved it, but like her...I always wonder if "they" look us up first. I guess that's a natural question in one's mind because the internet tells all these days. Edit: the first book I read after my son was taken was my Suzanne Geismann called "Still Right Here". It's still my favorite to this day.

The judicial proof burden of convicting a person of a crime is the highest! It’s referred to as “ Beyond a REASONABLE Doubt” ! A preponderance of the evidence is a lower standard! I’m open but for me I would have to have a feeling that there really isn’t any Reasonable doubt! Otherwise readings could merely be conducted by people who are skilled at reading body language and taking educated guesses! I’m open to the possibility BUT the experience would have to be earth shaking! Peace and Love!

Wow, this is my first introduction to Lauren Grace, and this was a great interviewer/interviewee collaboration. She's good. Suzanne is incredible and I also liked that we learned new things about her journey. I've seen so many of her interviews and often they get stuck on very basic questions, which is fine, but they've often been answered before. This moved at a great pace, had salient questions and answers, and had a really nice energy. Left this one enriched. Thanks to you both.
