the Tarlac project really is wonderful, I say go for it if you want a quick turnaround of profit based on their business model. you get to be exposed on the real estate without much hassle. deposit, set and forget then earn. as for me real estate is for keeps for generations to come. to be put in an LLC/OPC and used as a Line of Credit just like the others.

@@jonathansoriano8 Thank you. I think Silang has quicker turnaround than Tarlac, as many things still under development there. I am eyeing both.

yes mas maraming checkpoint kung san direction papunta (input/forward/output) ang mga packets mas mabigat.. so you need to learn how to make firewall rules efficient and secure at babagayan din ng capable na equipment.
