Now, if it scoured Amazon and other websites and found me the best deal on that Diet Coke, reported it to me and asked...Would you like to order it for $6.61 from Amazon or $5.00 from Walmart. Both have free delivery and will be at your home address by 9am. Right now, all R1 is good for is a paperweight. It won't stay charged longer than a day with zero use. I can't use it for text, social media, video calls, and even the pictures it takes, I have to login to rabbit hole and see the images on a website via phone or computer. It's not powerful. It compromised passwords of all original R1 owners. You gave us free 1 year to Perplexity, but it doesn't even integrate with Perplexity account. I'd be better off carrying around a Mophie for the extra space it takes in my bag. However, I will say...Rabbit does push out OTA updates each week. Always minor updates, but at least we can see you are trying. I still don't get why you would release and ship a product that did not perform as advertised. I would have been thrilled at the ten thousand orders I received and let all consumers know that they are beta testers. This would've been more acceptable than thinking I was getting a product that was "as advertised". While I understand product development, I'm still happily awaiting your dev team (almost a year later) to provide what was expected according to Jan 2024 CES show. I remember thinking...this will be GREAT for my 75-year old Mother who can barely see a screen to speak to this orange device in real language and have it place orders, call her Uber to doctor appointment, answer questions, take pics and tell it to send it to her daughter, or even ffs...ask a question and it answer her better than Siri or Alexa. I was very disappointed upon testing it to learn that it gives crappy answers on a barely legible grayscale screen with no images.

“You had to build it from scratch” but we all thought it was further along development. But it wasn’t and I spotted that very early. Still a big hater but I have an open mind and genuinely wish it the best because it’s a really cool design. Communication between r1 devices would make me instantly buy another one I’ll be honest. Games no but maybe something with the scroll wheel like space invaders that I wouldn’t be so shy to use while waiting for a food take away order for example.
