It really depends on your requirements and budget. If you want a higher Hz monitor, the 1080p monitors will be cheaper - but you lose out on the higher quality screen. But if you have the budget you could go for a 144hz or even 240hz 1440p, but it will be expensive. I have a 1080p 240 Hz Alienware monitor and its great!

It just depends on what you prefer more. Quality or Framerate. I like competitive games such as Valorant, CS, Fortnite etc. So I wanted a higher Hz monitor. Hope the helps :)
