Thank you TCL for building great and accurate TVs, which are also fully featured and affordable. Im getting the TCL 83 in 55 inch. I just wished you had 43 inch options in your high-end range as well.

Hi! I own a 55C835, and it's great, except the fact that HDR and Dolby Vision content (Netflix, Hbo, etc. ) can only be watched in Dolby Vision picture presets. For ether Dark, Bright and IQ presets the luminosity in a pitch black room is way too much. You should allow users to use personalized picture profiles (Dolby Vision Personal, HDR personal) for any type of content where one can adjust the brightness. There's lots of talks about this on forums, reddit, etc., many even asked for technical support from TCL. The solution is very simple, yet no help from the manufacturer.
