Don, I really enjoyed the utility trailer build. I’m going to build one this spring to be a do everything trailer. Or at least do everything I need. Mostly it will haul my four wheeler and some equipment in a cross bed toolbox in the front of the trailer. Up to 300 pounds in the tool box. It will be a 10 foot with a 6000 pound axle. I’ll be hauling firewood with it getting in our yearly supply. The toolbox will come off for those trips. My question is on axle placement for the best balance and towing. One wheeler will weigh about 900 with gear the other 1200 with gear. Will only have one on at a time. Thanks for your time.

Nice review. I live in the PNW and recently got a used C-Dory 22 Cruiser for a utilitarian enclosed cabin boat with decent fuel economy. Your Panga seems like a similar option for warmer climates, just a little narrower.

I have a mold in white styrofoam, but that will melt if i use polyester. Can i dress the mold in like aluminium foil or something and then put the polyester on?

Maybe up that HP to ~100 and you can cruise that speed at much lower RPM, I'm thinking.

This answered a question I been debating with myself on for days. So many different opinions but that demo said it all. Just can't gelcoat over epoxy resin because of wax or lack there of. I can't remember but I do remember gelcoat won't work with epoxy. Paint is an easier process and a better finish by far anyways. Just not as hard wearing

Great vid, try a push instead of a pull when welding aluminum, keep your gas infront of your weld. Should fix all the soot if not increase your gas.
