This was exactly my car in 95, i loved it. Just the driveshaft was its weak spot but fixed under warranty.

My teenage years were surrounded by vanden plas) my woodwork teacher at school had a rover SD1 VDP and down my late grandparents cul-de-sac there was 2 Austin maestro VDP's and a blue metro VDP, so with my earlier comment that's quite a few VDP's I can remember . Great little car❤ in 1987 my girlfriend's mum had a A reg metro vdp) auto in gold and her dad had a Daimler sovereign VDP in bronze. Also my mum's neighbour at the time had a Austin ambassador VDP auto in gold) and his wife had a red metro vdp auto in red . Which I also rode in and was quite impressed at the time.

Had the H120 version back in the day, scary fast. The "pillarless" thing is great, wish cars had it in this day and age ! hyper-cool today.

They only sold 12 thousand Allegro Vanden Plas models. The people who slate them probably have no experience at all with an Allegro never mind a Vanden Plas. People should rest assured that it has been through Bridge Classic Cars workshop and I hope the new owner cherishes it and has many years of luxurious and happy motoring

A really good Shadow is a joy to own and drive. Just remember that at slightly under 17ft in length they won't fit in a normal garage.
