As I enter my 50s, it’s time to capture some of this life.
There are hours of grind behind every spark of success. Lifting and working out since I was 15 … started in a basement gym - still in a basement gym.
“Retired” MMA and BJJ practitioner. Definitely took more blows than I landed. Pro MMA career record of 0-1 - BJJ tournament matches about 50/50 … but age and COVID shutdowns …
… so I’ve been teaching myself guitar to fill that space.
Here are some of the results of the first 50 years …
