True wisdom is ability to accept the Light and recognize the POTENTIAL of darkness within as every being emanates from the same source so you don' want to create division in oneself and project out the illusion of duality. Saying accepting the darkness is bullshit as it's simply what exists when the light or divine consciousness isnt present to make our existence whole. Everything exists on a spectrum in connection with one another. For instance, hate isn't the opposite of love its the absence of it from illusion of seperation. Considering awakening is the realization everyone and everything is source/god you'll soon realize to hate someone else is to hate god is to hate yourself. To judge someone else is to judge god is to open judgement to yourself. You're not more special then anyone else and no one is more special than you. This is why we see mirroring in our reality because it's a divine reflection. It's dangerous to then tell someone to integrate their darkness without knowing that darkness is ignorance or unconscious/animalistic behavior. Much better advice would be learn how to see the world with wholeness. Only way that is is through recognition of oneness that kills spiritual ego by eliminating its sole source of life (separateness.) Don't forget we are still biologically evolving out of these survival mechanisms/animalistic roots into our divinity as consciousness evolves through us. I like to frame it as we're in gods dream sharing that same source consciousness and collectively evolving from unconscious to awakening/lucidity. We're awakening to our connection to source and the fact that yes we are everything but that also means that we are selfless/nothing but pure source at heart. (hence, humility,) Now as far as judging people for not being awakened/triggering you it is definitely a real thing and so funny how you fall back into unconscious patterns over, and over, and over again. But, I don't think its infinite spiraling lessons its just falling back into limitations of being the self. If anything its constant unlearning to stop falling back into separation in your mind and the lesson is to become selfless/whole in union w source.

I tend to be more mentally and emotionally healthy when I am alone and not interacting with very many people. And I honestly prefer it. I don't feel like myself until I am more isolated.

I'm enjoying this. It's giving me insights that I need right now. But I do have one question. I can't be the only one hearing random noises sprinkled in there am I. I'm 3/4 in and thin I heard it 3 times now.

There are two types loneliness and aloneness... Loneliness is attachment and misery... aloneness doesn't lack anything there's balance.. one is inside a bubble of magic.. deeply aware of the moment and not the past there is no need for another...content with self you are your best friend...

I’ve isolated mostly voluntarily for 12 years. In the beginning it was necessary due to abusive relationships. But now it’s because I enjoy my space and freedom to be who I am. Early on in my healing journey I had a therapist tell me something I’ve always remembered, “There’s a difference between being alone and being lonely.” Once I healed that loneliness, I was able to find peace and comfort in my isolation.

Not everyone is on their path to enlighteness. There are some that choose to remain blissfully ignorant. We don't judge these people and we don't think ourselves better than them. But we know we are better off than them. And, better off without them.

Imagine the healing that would occur if I loved myself enough to accept my shadow contents without without defensive rationalizations?

Don’t you think that It’s a bit contradicting saying that we need to accept the duality of our inner self, embrace it and learn to live with it in order to live in authentic harmony living, and whilst doing that to ignore our desires of seeking prosperity and wealth which leads in our world to freedom, better health and the ability to choose our path without considering the consequences of choosing some profession or anything else that we must do in order to survive and being able to continue our journey of self growth? According to my knowledge unfortunately if you are not able to provide properly yourself and your family, your attention and energy are focused on your survival without even being able to think about self awareness or spiritual growth don’t you agree? So my only conclusion is that the only way to achieve self growth and awareness, is to have enough money without concerning about your survival in order to have the ability to focus your energy and attention for inner growth and spirituality don’t you think?

When I have gone into the shadow it was some of the most painful and frightening work I have ever done due to my repressed feelings that I was unloveable, always wrong and a fear of abandonment that was used by my narcissistic/alcoholic family because I wouldn't sell my soul to them. It was also the most transforming work I have ever done. It was all just a blur of horrific feelings and I thought I might be going insane because there was no direction. I probably went back to when I was an infant and worked my way up in age.

I like being alone so I can do Jung's work which I have done since I was 24. My first therapist must have been a Jung fan because I started out with his concepts and I think Jung got it right. After a big dive into the shadow I have found that it takes about 6 months or so to integrate to where I am comfortable. There is a meme that says: You can't take down a woman who isn't afraid to eat alone, lose friends, or doesn't care about rejection and doesn't tolerate abuse.

They were supported by the women around them but they were so egocentric they could only see themselves not those who they exploited in search for a wisdom they never achieved without taking charge fully of their essential and basic needs and their lives. There is not only light and dark - there is primarily absurdity. The universe tends toward diversurdity. We have overstayed our welcome - we are still plenty absurd BUT we harm diversity.
