We're Lena & Laurent, and on our channel, we're showing off Paris spots you won't find in any guidebook, our favorite restaurants and bars, and, of course, tried-and-true Paris favorites.
Lena, a Parisian for 17 years, and Laurent, a Parisian since birth, share - along with many other things - a deep love for this city.
Lena brings her Paris expertise from running salutfromparis.com, and its German counterpart paristipps.com. Two invaluable travel websites & communities that help travelers from all over the world plan their Paris vacation. Laurent, with his rich background in spirits-rum, in particular-shares his passion through his website & social media channels. He is also a published author, podcaster, and journalist.
After dedicating years to our individual online businesses, we've decided to embark on a new adventure together. This RUclips channel is our joint project, where we combine our passions and expertise to share the essence of Paris with you.

I expected a great video (as yours are) and received spectacular! Ile de la Cite is tough to photograph when soaking in all the wonders as I did when I was last there with my BFF and our Marais guide. For those who sometimes forget, you've helpfully marked everything! Never get to see the area so quiet, either. Great pluses! Merci! ❤

Bonne Soirée au 🇨🇦. Thank you for your video walk along Rue de Mouffetarde. I was looking for some information about the Mouffetarde area. It seems quite peaceful. Not at all like Boulevard St Germaine des Pres or Rue de Bucci. I was looking for such a place as this in the 5th and 6thArr. We have visited Paris twice now in past 7 years and hope to be able to visit at least once more. Merci au Canada.
Thanks for your comment :) It is peaceful during the week and during the day, but is certainly fuller on the weekends and the evenings.

Magnifique! Last year during our stay, each day we visited the outdoor markets to purchase our food, then return to our apartment to enjoy the exceptional choices made. My husband and I both agree after spending a crazy amount of money at one of the Michelin Star Restaurants some how the market food was better! I hope to see more of your videos in the future.
