You can hear plenty of issues with notes misfiring or being detected but this is reaching a serviceable state. "The Residents" was presented by Atlantis on June 28 at Gubbdata 2020 and runs on a Commodore 64 computer (1982). It's not a sid chiptune, but it's mostly a Midi sequence from a Roland XP-50, so here it be. Made circa 1997 with Roland XP-50 Cakewalk Pro Audio 4 Sound Blaster 16 Ibanez RG-EX guitar (Direct, via a Digitech RP-1 effects) Video sources are various Electric Sheep videos and other strange things.

Yessir. 2-3 nights of jamming. Start with something that sounds Dimebag-ish but go somewhere different with it. Come back to it, mess with it more, some back to it, then record a riff sequence that sounds interesting. Using the groove/tribal format.. you can just do a right hand rhythm as a base sauce and then put ideas in those little spaces where you can spurt something.

@RedNifre Nevermind the bullocks. This has been sitting in 98% done since the end of 2021.. some codey bits with NTSC I think, were what was left. The same team (us) is wrapping a small game called Motorstein and then the codey guys are off to sort the codey bits left on Dredd. I want it released as well so people can play it.. (and so the soundtrack can finally be published). Sorry for the game (and response) delay.

Glad to hear. It is still a thing. It's been essentially done for some time, just some last codey bits and final testing left.
