Hi, when I do the command promt thing and put in a video, it creates an .blur-config.cfg and when I try to open it in Notepad, it says, Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item. Please help.
hi! i can try to help but i don’t know what to do when that happens so just try doing these: • make sure that you right click and open with notepad • make sure that notepad isn’t quarantined by Microsoft defender or ur antivirus if these don’t work then try searching up how to fix your problem. sorry in advance!

Haiii, friend!! :D Hey, a question when I open the Blur-config I don't get the thing that Windows protected my PC and neither does the menu instead I get something like (Select an app to open this .cfg file) and the options are Notepad, Wordpad, Word, Opera, Windows Media player and Windows photo viewer so I don't know what to put or do so that I don't get that and instead get the menu. (Btw new sub :3)
@@stafy3470 hi, thanks for the sub! :) if it greets you with, “select an app to open this .cfg file,” you can press notepad. but you don’t need to, just drag the config file from your downloads and replace it the one already in the blue folder. if it doesn’t work, @ me and ill try to help, sorry for the inconvenience!

@@ATTLOD i think maybe it’s just the settings of the config. Go in there and change the graphics card type to whatever graphics card type is in your computer

weird asf the fact that i only notice and actually see the motion blur when my eyes follow the cursur, but if i move the cursor again at the same speed, but stare at the corner of my eye, i clearly dont see any mtion blur at all lol.
