Gorgeous house, gorgeous pool, landscaping, upgrades, etc., but I'm not sure I would be comfortable taking a shower in the en suite, knowing there is a full length clear glass window visible to the pool deck???
I would love to live in this house---elegant yet livable---just the right size for one person ME !!!!!

We love Palm Springs but .... as a Brit there are two specific issues which would prevent us re-locating to the USA, namely that, as we say, "every man and his dog" are packing a firearm which is an issue with which we are not familiar in the UK. The other matter is the cost of healthcare and, when one is used to free healthcare at the point of delivery, this is another major detriment.
Plus most of us hate limey prix like yourself.😊
Valid reasons for sure Then again some people around here want a monarchy with authoritarian powers So, yeah it’s messy here & going to take a couple generations to regain our footing The odds are increasingly stacked against us to defend freedom as we are losing our ability to offer equality to all domestically

Needs an upgrade to the kitchen, bathrooms, closet doors, flooring, paint, and add some mid-century wallpaper, and new light fixtures. Patio in back needs some potted plants, and area rug. **When showing a home for sale, please put the toilet lids DOWN, it's all in the details! 🤔
Remove the contemporary touches, and this is a winner.
