IDEAS for College and Career Readiness Plans is used with secondary students to help increase academic and personal achievement by discovering their potential paths and options. Our unique learn-to-be-able-to-teach-it approach helps build skills and knowledge to activate personal agency and motivation. Lessons have interactive peer-learning and project-based explorations-to acquire the needed academic and social emotional foundation. It is important to instill personal strategies needed by teens as early as possible, to support the transition to and from high school, to have a foundation that leads to aspirations.
