Stevan Brantley and Richard Mead sing Here Comes Santa Claus

When you are a new Frog at Leapfrog Services in Atlanta, GA you have to do a little song at your first staff meeting. Well I told Stevan that I would make him famous and despite my unexpected absence still got a little video of his performance. Great job guys!

What year was this?
2008
Powerful.
Josh Joplin is one of those guys that I will binge listen to for a few weeks, then move away for a time, only to find myself singing one of his songs months later and I binge again. Been doing that for 15 years now. I believe I will love his music until I die. And maybe longer.
Great song
I fell in love with this song 15 years ago. I was a young father and it spoke to me deeply. I frequently sang this song to my 2 small children at bedtime, and they fell in love with it. Now I'm watching it on RUclips years later, my son is 16, and he still loves it. Josh Joplin, thank you.
Josh Jopllin is the REAL!!!!!!
@Johnny Blaze: Well, it's primarily because the CD it was from, Boxing Nostalgic, was on an indie label and didn't have heavy distribution outside the Atlanta area. Sadly, this CD has long been out of print.
I remember downloading this song long time ago on a P2P and whoever uploaded it said the artist was Five for Fighting and I just kind of accepted it until I actually researched it and found out it's Josh Joplin Group. I can't understand why this song is so obscure and not as popular, it's an amazing song!
I just found my Josh Joplin CD 'Useful Music', I haven't listen to it for a few years now but it bought back some memories and i remembered how i love his music
I spent many an evening at Eddie's Attic and other small dives in ATL watching this wonderful singer. I miss them so much!
He once was, and still is a great performer, Loved watching him at Eddies Attic in Atlanta in the late 90's. One of the best live performances of the day....
Love this song !
Love ya Josh. Wish you'd never left the ATL. We miss you.
I need to agree, love it !
heartfelt, genuine, lyrically borderline brilliant
I love this song. Not a great video version though. Everytime I tell my friends about this guy, they think im talking about janis joplin and got confused about the name.
this is a great song! he has an amazing voice!
awesome. i don't think i've ever seen him do this song live. the last time i saw him in philly he did "superstar" which i never saw him do live either. thanks for the great video.
Awesome! It's so nice to hear Josh with the band again! I saw him and the band a bunch of years ago at the TLA when he opened for Matthew Sweet and several times since solo at the Tin Angel in Philly. I'll be seeing him again in February. Thanks for the post!
The best singer ever!
