I had the Pleasure of visiting Millmoor back in 1967/1968 season when Tommy Docherty was the Gaffer & Brian Tiler was the Club Captain, My team QPR were the visitors that Day & won 3-1, great memories & nice to see the Ground Back in use.

Maybe a new Non-League club could be formed where Rotherham United used to be based before moving to New York Stadium in 2008. AFC Rotherham Masborough FC Rotherham Town FC

Brilliant video I was born and raised in Rotherham left in 1974 it makes me so sad to see how it's changed. And they call it progress. Rotherham was such a busy bustling town in the 60s and early 70s. Now sorry to say it's a ghost town very,very, sad. 😔

I worked on that unit from 2015-2020 and for all the bad memories Capita gave to me there, it's a good feeling knowing that that place now no longer exists. Glad I can look back on it after moving onto better things.

Good video, but Rotherham needs a miracle :-( can't believe this was a Saturday afternoon. Maybe a leisure centre/cinema right in the centre of town (without a car park) would encourage more passing shoppers and shops.

Gloomy day. Shopping habits have changed so much and retail places are circling the drain just that some don't know it yet but they will. I don't know if Rotherham is run well or badly as judged by those who live there but elections in 4 weeks maybe it's time for change just like when the GE comes 😁

I have to laugh when I hear ‘the council are improving this area’! It’s successive councils that have changed the town from a vibrant place to the shambles we have now!

Great video, I'm only 34 but I grew up coming to Rotherham every weekend to see my granddad, it's awful what's happened to the area! Investment has clearly been put into the wrong things and online shopping has ruined the high street!

Should be a great place to live ,rest, and play, but consecutive goverment & council have killed Rotherham the Town centre is dead Zombie like atmosphere

Gets accosted by a beggar within 3 minutes. No decent shops anymore Just a ghost town So sad.
