    🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉best sir, but I have read company act 2017. Why it has not been mentioned in this act that company has separate legal entity solomon versus solomon case has also not been mentioned. is there any amendment in company act 2017 that directors are responsible for every thing of the shareholders.

      The Company Act 2017 doesn't need to mention Salomon v. Salomon or the separate legal entity concept because these are basic principles already understood in law. As for directors, they aren’t responsible for "everything" related to shareholders, only for their own misconduct, like breaching duties or acting negligently.
