      You can use it for many ways, no right or wrong in this she’s using it for contracting the glute and hams, not for speed and power Same with any other exercises You can deadlift for speed and power or slow and controlled and feel the muscle more , depends on the goal right

    So this looks like a dumbell press with neutral grip? as i believe if its flyes then you have to open more your arms right?

      Yes , but you open the chest with your elbow path not the upper arm. It’s how far you can stretch the elbows wide, if I lengthen the hands out it’s no different stretch on the chest it would just lengthen the bicep and but more stress on the elbow Once the elbows are out and down that’s the chest lengthened.       @@Pugh50 man thanks so much, i have been doing these wront the whole time, and i saw many videos of Yates training dudes and he actually tells them to open arms as if they were hugging a tree, which confused me at the same time but the way you do it thats the correct way, by just simulating it i already feel the stretch on pecs!! Ill do this on my next chest workout!!! Thank you bro!!!

      YES not a strict fly its with press force too... lighter weights and more of an arc arm path - best form is something like if you are in a sitting fly machine.

      Depends on the person and what you can do, people people find just the machine heavy , some people can do 20kg 60kg 100kgs Intensity wins every time

    Hi, how do you find the right angle by adjusting the bench position for the initial pull to isolate the lats?

      Hi , All benches are different but you want the bench 80-90% it’s normally 1-2 notches down

      It’s my most comfortable and strongest position, no need it. Plus knees travel over toes. If feet go higher I won’t go as low and my back will come off the pad
