My channel is a platform for sharing my original songs. I enjoy playing music and since I started writing songs it's given me a deeper appreciation of everything music can do for us. Whether it is bringing us joy, removing us from reality for a brief moment, putting us into a trance, or just giving something to lose ourselves in.

This song is about being alone but being ok with it after being with someone who turned out to be a disappointment. I know there are plenty of people who have experienced someone who disappointed them but it's all part of life and learning to get past it and focus on self worth. So this song is titled "Away I'll go" and it's a song about starting over. It's one of (if not my favourite) of my songs I've written. The only thing that I'm disappointed with is that I had to leave the guitar solos out as it sounded horrible on an acoustic guitar without anything backing it.
