On this channel you will find videos of motorways, non-motorways, reconstructions and particularities, mainly in the Netherlands and sometimes abroad. My goal is to visualize all A- and N-roads in the Netherlands. At the moment I have visualized 50% of these roads.
Traffic situations, roads and speeds can change over time. In my videos you can see the situation as it was on the date of recording (see the date stamp at the bottom of the screen). The current situation may therefore be different.
Making videos is a hobby, not my profession. Therefore, do not expect videos with a lot of finery or a professional finish. Because of copyrights, no music or sound is added to the videos. You can choose a nice music yourself on for instance RUclips, Spotify, etc.

This video is the sequel to the previous video in which we saw the current status of the Antwerp-West and Sint Anna junctions.
In this video, we drive via the Parallelweg (N420) from the Waaslandhaven-Oost exit to P+R Linkeroever. There, we take the N70 towards Antwerp-Centrum. We reach the other side of the Scheldt river via the Waaslandtunnel (where recently a speed limit of 30 km/h has been introduced).
From there, we head north via the N1 and the N180 (Noorderlaan) to the junction with the A12 motorway. There, we find a temporary storage depot of the Oosterweel project organisation for the work being carried out on the eastern and northern ring road of Antwerp. Via the Antwerp-Noord jun...

Two rabbits came up with the idea to explore the asphalt of the E19 near Meer up close. The driver of the white car next to me was able to brake and could avoid the rabbits. All rabbits are doing well. Next time we'll have a normal road video again.

Leuk om te zien maar wel even wat beter kijken als je inwoneraantallen opzoekt. Groningen had op 1 januari 2024 243.833 inwoners.

@@hanswhiteeagletubben261Stad had in 2023 206.010 inwoners. Dus de 167.000 klopt sowieso niet.
@@TheRorij En daar heb je gelijk in. Ik hanteer een iets ouder bestand van het CBS waarin de gemeente Groningen nog op 238k staat. Als ik daar Hoogkerk, Haren, Glimmen en de dorpen ten oosten van Groningen van aftrek kom ik op 197k (en dus niet 167k).
@@Boe_AutosnelwegBegrijpelijk dat Haren en Glimmen niet als onderdeel zijn meegenomen. Deze worden, zowel door Groningen als het CBS niet als wijk of buurt van de stad gezien. Hoogkerk en bv. Engelbert worden door beiden echter wel als wijk of buurt gezien voor het bepalen van het inwoneraantal.
@@TheRorij En zo hanteert iedereen zijn eigen indeling. Ik hou zelf zoveel als mogelijk de komgrenzen aan. Hoogkerk heeft komborden dus de bewoners zijn voor mij inwoners van Hoogkerk en geen inwoners van de stad Groningen.

Intussen volledig onherkenbaar sinds de vesten enkelrichting zijn geworden. Je video volgt de enig nu nog toegelaten richting. En een ei-ij-foutje: de rivier door Mechelen is de (omleidings) Dijle. 👍🤫

This is so interesting! I am very curious to see how traffic will improve considerably when the "Oosterweelverbinding" will make the peripheral road around Antwerp a circle, as it should. A shame we will have to wait until 2030 until the works are completed! This should have been executed DECADES ago!

Absurd!!
Bij 6 min. gaat het over de ringwegen van de Noordoospolder, een soort polderperipherique, 42 km. iets korter dan die andere. Mijn beste tijd is 20 min. en de tulpenroute van ruim 100 km. in 1 uur. op m'n kleine rode Guzzi.
Ik weet nog wel toen ze deze langzaam aan het bouwen Voorheen gedeeltelijke openstelling met 1x1 bij de bruggen .

Ja jammer genoeg gaat het deel Ruurlo-Barchem-Lochem van 80 naar 60km net als de N821 Borculo-Barchem, ook is er een plan om de bebouwde kom van Barchem naar 30km geheel/grotendeels te zetten. De Buslijn 56 Borculo-Deventer is mede hierdoor verdwenen, de lokale politiek is aan het kijken om deze weer terug te krijgen maar dan moeten de toekomstige snelheidsbeperkingen worden teruggedraaid.

Wel jammer dat Genk niet aangegeven staat bij Kerensheide
Prachtige streek. Lelijke windmolens. Lelijke betonnen verlichtingspalen op de oudste gedeeltes van de A27. En gezien het verkeer is 2x2 ook overkill. Herinner me dat aan Duitse kant naar Bitburg en Prüm de autobahn maar 1x2 was. Geen idee of dit nog zo is. En kleine opmerking: Trier is in Duits niet met trema op de 'e', zoals in de titelband staat. Verder weer een mooie video. Zeker op dat beton daar een hele opgave 👌👍
België heeft een vrachtwagen Tax en dan is het goedkoper vanuit Antwerpen via de A58 - via de A2 Eindhoven naar de A67 te rijden Want dat gedeelte van de A67 naar Duitsland is wel extreem druk . \
Hoe komt u aan het aantal snelheidsbewegingen op deze weg. Is er bekend wat de toename is door Vinex, logistiek en regio woningbouw. Hoor u graag
De wegintensiteit wordt gemeten met telpunten en gepubliceerd door de wegbeheerder (in dit geval de provincie Zuid-Holland). Ieder bouwproject moet vooraf aangeven wat het effect van dat project is op o.a. verkeer(safwikkeling). Meestal is er wel een projectwebsite gemaakt waarop deze informatie is te vinden.
@@Boe_Autosnelweg ok dank voor de reactie. Aan A12 kant Bleiswijk wil men nu weer 6 tot 8000 woningen bouwen. Nog meer druk op de weg. Het is in de oudbouw Bleiswijk al bizar. Wordt dus alleen maar erger.
