yeah it really is a game in itself making maps 🫡 take some time to find a good workflow, working around the kinks in the workbench etc but it is great fun 🤘

He also left a weapon's repair kit mk 2 in the mission crate. Hopefully he used it (repairs 25%) but just didn't record it.

hey, yeah, all good tips there 🫡 im at the point in the game where i dont really care too much about stuff and things and to be honest, if you strive to get the best gear and so on, it gets too easy to quick 🙃 so mostly just yolo'ing, sometimes i forget stuff, sometimes i remember lol 🤘 did not know that thet turrets could not shoot behind them tho or take 2 nades, thanks for the tip 🫡

All valid and good points and i agree 🫡 Extend the log off timer instead of keeping the body there, or make it an admin option. I can agree with adding more varied guns to the AI, but they are already pretty crap in regards of durability and such. Military AI already have shot guns but some SMG's would be cool to. Just make more guns for the AI to rotate. Mods can be cool, if they do it right and make it accessible. They also need to release the server files so we can host server without being forced to use their hosting partners. YES! This! More missions, more variety, different mission types, tasks / quests, just add more game to the game. IDK about that, the no wipe is a server admin option 🤷‍♂️

It is probably a long way out, but if they do it right, release server files and add mod support to the community, great things can happen 🫡

yeah the workbench is awesome, and it has come a long way since they launched it. still a few bugs here and there, but it is one of the best game editors to work with for sure🤘

Hope is not lost 🫡 You are right about keeping the updates and at least patches coming more frequently. I know they are a small team and all, but give the community something... A roadmap would be awesome. Thanks for watching 🤘

thanks 🫡 as much as i can appreciate the effort of trying to give this game some legs and players something to play on, im sorry your servers have zero players now... that sucks! As of writing this reply, there are 854!!! private servers with 691 players on them, so you are most def not alone with empty servers. It is as it has been, game sees a surge in players, private servers spin up, players get bored and move on 🤷‍♂️ And the devs still get their server money...

Yeah that is annoying for sure, but the small and loud playerbase that is left love their sleeping bags 🤷‍♂️ they could at least make it an option for server admins or something. There are some issues for sure, so i am happy they are working on it, but game needs more game to be honest. As it is currently they cant retain players for longer than a couple of weeks max.

I believe they are making changes to the sleeping bags in the next update which is due in a few weeks. They will also be adding triangles and half walls to base building. That's what I read on Discord.

@@kh7094 Good to know. I love the game but there is just to much still broken. No game is perfect, there is always going to be exploits but sleeping bags need to be regulated. AGAIN the obvious, more game play, missions, reason to stay in the game. Why I love Dayz? Always something to do and the adventure. Yes I know, I know. Deadside is a fast passed game and made that way. Ok fine. But sheesh, don't make the game to be a arcade game. We still want the challenges of survival, still fast passed, but all these fast tracks and sleeping bags makes it way to easy to exploit. Like FEN said, "How about have the a functional train." I like that.

no, game is not free. but they do have sales occasionally so if you are interested you could put it on your wishlist and get notified when it goes on sale 🫡

yeah, i have seen one since, but their spawn rate is lower for sure, would be nice if the admin got control of spawn rates for vehicles and such, so i hope that is a thing. yeah the sounds needs fixing, esp inside. don't remember them being this bad before the update 🫡

hey, yeah the METRO series is great. I purchased the "Metro Saga Bundle" on steam, and it included both original version and "redux / enhanced" versions of the game. It do not mention that on the store page, but that's how i got the original games 🤷‍♂️There is also the "Metro Franchise Bundle" on GOG but i dont know if the og games are included in that one. Keep an eye on it as the often go on big sales.

@f3nn3x I have never seen original games in Saga Bundle, but I have also bought it and got only redux/enhanced versions. I remember that they removed Metro 2033 from the store completely and it should no longer be possible to get it which is a shame for a fan like me. I know that when it was the anniversary of Metro they gave away the original version of Last Light but not 2033.

​@f3nn3x about the garage, your vehicle has to be inside your base green circle. No need to be inside the base. The only purpouse for that is to protect it of other players. No need the workbench.

Nice, thanks for the tip 🫡 I have not visited the new airfield and am looking forward to that. It seems like the «big piles» of scrap have a decent spawn rate around the construction zones to. It really isn’t that bad and I leveled one up to level 2 in about 45 mins, before they lowered the requirement. Hope the expand on the leveling system in the future, it got lots of potential 🤘

lol, I had to at least try out the new updated system, and it is way easier and faster than before 👍 I still don’t care about building, and I wish I could just get a tent like they have in the survival camps 😂 that would be more than enough to be honest. oh for sure, on a high populated pvp server it is probably a different game, and that is ok. but i think that on even the populated pvp servers a "higher" purpose in the game would be awesome... imagine having a task where you have to go get some stuff from one of the military installations and deliver to a trader... you fight your way in and get the stuff, now you got the angst of delivering it 🙃 idk, i just wish there was more "game", and i dont mean to sound like i complain all the time, cause the game is awesome as it is, and when something is good, we usually want more 😂 Weather effects would be really great so i hope they work on that, and it would change up a lot of stuff for sure 🫡

@@f3nn3x Well OG's like yourself and myself, yes. MORE! To a new player that just bought the game, it is great the way it is. Yeah little bug fixes and what not but to 'us', it can use more of this and that. Yeah we bitch a lot but, again, it's out of love and we really want this game to be as popular as Dayz, rust and others that survived the test of time and still fun to play after years of being on the market. We will always want more bud even when the game (if ever) becomes perfect, we still will find something else to bitch about. Oh on that note, be greatful there is no bears yet. You think wolves are bad. You will probably be running from both bears and wolves screaming. "ARE YOU F"ING KIDDING ME? AGAIN?"

Also, I agree that extra tasks to level up traders would be good, for example killing bandits. It's sort of like how MMORPGs have their "reputation system" when you kill things, you gain rep. Even if it's a small amount, it means that every AI/scav you kill, it goes towards your reputation to the traders. I think that would be a very nice addition, instead of funneling everything through scrap metal.

lol, biggest change right there, game finally playable 🙃👍 but yeah, som good changes overall and you should have plenty of time getting to the airdrop's now for sure. And yes, a countdown timer or some other indication of event timers would be great. i agree, it is a really good QOL update 🫡 i dont think we will ever get night vision goggles or anything like that, so i guess we just have to hope they dont increase the night time. the last 10 minuts before sunrise are crazy dark, perfect time to run away in pvp, lol. I agree on the footsteps, sound in general could use some love. AI inside buildings levels above you can sound like they are right next to you, like ghosts ;) but as you say, cant really bitch to much, it is a small team and they got their own vision for the game. All we can do is enjoy what we got and voice our opinions and hopes for the game going forward 🫡

cant argue with that 🤷‍♂️ all updates aside, at the core it is still the same, same missions, same "core"... Game has potential and it is a great "casual" game, but it all comes down to what the devs vision is for the game and how they want it. Awesome, great tip 🫡🤘

@@f3nn3x I was watching Boots on Deadside patch notes. So you might know about it. Its the sound of the motorcycles that will be fixed. Sleeping bag destruction, prices on things, and fixing the BB 19 shooting mechanics and much more.

People brought up the "foot steps" as well that needs to be fixed. People can hear you from far away and if there is bots as well, like the problem you had trying to pin point a player or bots or just in general "WHERE ARE THEY?" set up, that needs to be fixed. My opinion and others appearently. It is a problem.
