You may not have the S pen handwriting to text option BUT If your keyboard has Handwriting on (and you can choose the time) then when you go to "Type" there is an icon that has a T with a pen on it. Click it and it's the same thing just you are writing on the keyboard space and not where you see your text.

Hi Gary! Thank you for your message... I know your situation way too well... but there is hope!! Last year, a couple of months after this video Japan opened their borders for a brief instant and I was able to fly before tbe borders closed again. In your situation, I can see that you love her very much and breaking up with her just because you can't see her feels like it is not something you want... ldr is tough and so much tougher in this situation if you are able to talk to her about your feelings. Try to share ways to maybe have special dates that won't make you feel the distance as much... I wish you the best and really don't give up just because you can't meet her, fighting for your couple is so rewarding once you'll finally be together!!! You can do it!!

I have good days and bad days Heidi. I'll keep my fingers crossed we can meet next year I love her more than anything. There is hope!! A few months after this video the borders opened for a month and I was able to fly there. We’ve been living together for 5 months now and it’s the best you could imagine!! Praying your turn comes soon!

I don’t think you’ll be able to travel to Japan in June. They recently decided that the olympics will be done without foreign spectators which most likely means they will not allow tourists (and therefore people with tourist visas) to enter as well... I’m sorry... but keep an eye on updates about Japan opening borders to tourists we never know...

I’m so sorry to hear that you are in such a difficult situation... I wish I could help but the only thing I can say is that it does get better! Not the LDR (there are always up and down days) but more about the end of the LDR... It does come and your gf as well as you should remind yourself of why you started this journey in the first place. You both love each other deeply and you thought your relationship was worth trying to go against all odds and fight for your love. I hope she can remind herself of the good times you had together by looking at pictures and watching videos of you two together... Also if I can give you an advice it’s... be unpredictable. One day send her a funny text or a love note while she is at work, another send her a nice video of something that makes you think of her etc... (I’m sorry if you already tried all this) Hopefully you can get her back!! I wish you all the best you can do this!!

Ah I really needed this video...I have been feeling so alone...I am south african and have not seen my bf in korea for the past 10 months...feels depressing not knowing when I will be allowed to enter Korea because due to the second strain South Africans are barred from entering many countries.. I pray that you find your way to your loved one and that everything works out great

i am in the same situation as you.. its rlly getting harder right now since I was supposed to see my bf during Christmas but covid once again ruined our plans. but in these times, even if its so hard to see the light at the end of the tunnel, you have to keep faith and hope that everything bad will end soon because it will! sending lots of love xxx

Sorry for the late reply! The stamp is stamped at the immigration office at the same time as they give you the visa... But I guess it depends of the country? I hope for you it won’t be a problem! Good luck!

Hi! You’re welcome! You need two copies of the paper your company needs to sign. One for the Japanese immigration in your country (you already need 2 copies at this point cuz they both need to be approved) and one for when you arrive in Japan. The rset is optional however I always have copies with me as well as take pictures of all the paper on my phone so that if I lose anything I am still able to show that I had everything. I’d recommend you’d do the same. Hope this helps ^^

Hi!! I'm so glad my video could help someone! It's not getting the result 72H before leaving but getting tested 72H before leaving. I also left on Friday (6pm) and therefore I got tested on Wednesday (4pm) so that when I took my first plane I had been tested a little over 48H ago and I arrived in Japan around 70H after getting tested. But it is not necessary to arrive in Japan with less than 72H after getting tested (since they test you again). What's important is that your test has been done maximum 72H before your first flight to either your transit or Japan. I hope it's clearer that way! Have a nice flight!!

I called the clinic today asking about the Pre-Flight Test and they mentioned something about a "Send-Out" I don't know what they meant by that, do you have any clue /experience what that means? I asked but they didn't explain it to me. At least they did confirm they do Test for travelers.

Hi! When I went to the covid testing place I told the doctor that I needed them to fill up the japanese covid test result form which I found on the MOFA website and printed before hand! Just in case you can’t find the form yourself here is the link to download it: www.mofa.go.jp/ca/fna/page25e_000334.html The doctor will understand because each country have their own regulation and forms to file so I don’t think he is going to refuse filling up this form. If he does, your country’s official form should do. Just make sure that all the informations that the Japanese form asks for are also written on your covid test form (things like passport number etc... you’ll see when you open the document). Hi! I must not have been clear enough because that’s really not what I was trying to say ahah I meant to say that if you happen to have the virus when they test you at the airport they will quarantine you in a hospital (if your symptoms are bad) or a hotel of their choice and won’t allow you to quarantine where you originally planned. At least that’s what I have understood. None of the papers they gave us mentioned what would happen if you don’t have somewhere to quarantine at but yes they would most probably send you at a hotel somewhere. I wouldn’t try to come without having a quarantine plan though... cuz there is always a chance of refusing you entry on Japanese territory and putting you in a flight back (probably unlikely but it’s written multiple times around that if your papers are not correctly filled it could happen so we never know. Better be cautious, at least that’s my philosophy) I hope that helps ^^

I’m so sorry the movement « Love is Not tourism » is not applicable for Japan yet but if your bf can free himself (I know how Japan’s work ethic is ahah) he could definitely come to Germany but I’m pretty sure you already know that. I made videos for people to make me realize that I’m not alone XD About the difficulties your bf has to express love, I found that asking questions in a form of a game really helps. Maybe you can both prepare 20 questions that you are burning to know evolving from funny to serious which would allow you to ask him to express his love through some of the questions ( I don’t know if any of that makes sense I’m so sorry). We did it a couple of times with my bf and it really helped me realize that he does love me, he just doesn’t say it as much as I need him to ahah I hope you guys can stay strong and be together soon!
