World War Z
In this raid, we're in Grey Host (our new home campaign) and back to fighting the various zone zergs.
After a brief (and necessary) slap-down of the Shogunate, we get into a long open-field brawl with the EP zerg in front of Arrius.
After that, there's a brief fight at Nikel and then another fight sequence with the AD zerg in front of and inside of Faregyl.
The main opposition from the AD came in the form of "Odin's Puppys" (name courtesy of Rage_Sage!) who are interesting to fight against due to their love of mass-sneak and unlimited number of Negates (and, credit to them, they can in-line Negate really well).
The raid ends with a very World War Z moment and some amusing commentary from the ...

In this raid, we are once again in Grey Host and have some chaotic fights and farms. We also get generally trounced (again) by No Ego Tech *grumble grumble*. The night culminates with a Hammer spawn and hideous performance - but the wild population dynamics were more than worth it. You just don't have those types of scenarios in Blackreach any more, unfortunately.

In this raid, we're back in Grey Host and have some enjoyable fights farming the EP and AD zone zergs. WarCrimes features at the very end, and we definitely don't win, but it is what it is. In this raid, yours truly is leading again on the Necro. We have a bunch of fights with the AD stack and then do some farming of EP as well (which I still feel kinda bad about). In between, we have a GvG with the WarCrimes that is mostly a stalemate but that does end with them getting the 'dub. Raid is from the Necromancer Leader POV.

In this raid from a little while ago, yours truly debuts the new Necro leader build. We get some GvG with a mid-size Slayers group and F-Tier makes several appearances as well. "AD is faction stacking. How dare they." Well, it was their main homekeep, dummy. To be fair, when we face AOC you guys are always running 20-24 deep ball groups and/or 20-24 in somewhat organized crews. That's not taking into account the random green bars that either join you or you roll up with them.

You and your group talk about "the zerg" a lot - but with how many people you all are running, has it occurred to you that you all may be a zerg, too?
Ironic how most times our group is on, the "zerg" of EP is at population lock versus the DC population. Furthermore, the particular AD players we encountered have a consistent history of faction-stacking & essentially killing off what remained of No-CP Ravenwatch, hence the move over to Blackreach... in which they essentially are doing the same in there now.
Sometimes, yes. But all the folks in the voice call aren't all at the same location most of the time. They're split into different groups, with different leaders, and fighting at other spots on the map. In general, we really don't like to stack with others in our faction because it makes our fights more difficult and because it feels bad from a competitive POV. We know what it's liked to get zerged and so we try not to do it to others.
@@WholesomeESOContent Interesting, but unconvincing. In quite a few videos I hear your crown telling DG to do one thing, and AOC to do another at the same location. Just something to think about. Often see a lot of your voice mates running around with your main ballgroup.

First part against your rivals was a pretty big snooze fest. I think you killed 5 of them in 20 minutes lol. EP faction farming at the temple was pure gold, though.

For sure. We are a pretty good-sized guild overall so we usually have more players in Cyro than can fit in a single group. But we run our ball group and the pick-up group pretty separately. The ball group will try to balance getting interesting fights and playing the map but the pick-up group will always play the map. We tend to try to minimize the time spent fighting at the same location, though, unless it's going to be a really difficult siege. The pick-up group isn't really equipped to deal with the big outnumbered situations and it's always hazardous if ball group players get stacked with out-of-group folks.
