Good morning, I just want to know how much each person for adult and children. Do we have to pay each activity if we want to play or ride?
It is free to walk around and they have day passes for the basic activities. You do have to pay extra for river rafting ropes courses. whitewater.org/ But the evenings they have concerts, that is included in your admission price
I see toucans, it is a good place

Hospitality is what is needed at LN Restaurants take Eddie’s, for example great food great atmosphere but I’ve gotten better service out of a vending machine than I have at Eddie’s on Lake Norman same thing for Port City Harbor
Unfortunately, I have not been there in a little while. But I do agree, there’s a lot of places that need good help.

I love how they show an empty lake with no boat traffic, when in reality it’s a freaking zoo on Fridays and the weekends.
But it’s not too busy during the week. What lake isn’t busy on weekends and holidays? There are several coves that are great for skiing and surfing any day of the week. You just need to know where to go.
The FED and the real-estate criminal agents are the reason housing cost so damn much. Criminals! The whole lot of you!

Not at all. There are several price ranges around Lake Norman. There is a wide range of style of homes/condos and price ranges.
You act like you have the corner on lakes😂😂😂 Try Lake Chautauqua. We have tons of snow gorgeous summers and oh yeah you can rent a boat here. And if you ever said Y'all in your day to day life I would be surprised 😯😯😯
I know there are amazing lakes in many different locations. I highlight Lake Norman since I live and work here ☺️. There are some people that still say y’all. Mostly people that have lived here, or in the South, majority of their lives.

Great video! What did the home sell for & what do you estimate the renovation to cost?
The home sold for $850k (which is a great price for waterfront with big views) and I think the buyer is going to put in about $125k-$150k and that includes redoing the dock.
