I grew up with the bay in my neighborhood in a small city in Florida, I used to swim with my family and have picnics, fishing, ect there.... now all my family have passed away and I've moved out of that small city but when I go back I play this song and drive through by the bay.... the nostalgia it brings along with this song is indescribable!

It’s not “do I want to be there” It’s “ehw I wanna be there” He wants to be there. It’s not a question. This is the problem I have with sites and channels that do lyrics. You publish this stuff without making sure you have it right. But isn’t that the point? We all have those moments that we sing “‘s’cuse me, while I kiss this guy”. When it’s “kiss the sky”. If you can’t get the actual words right, what good are you? You’ve erased the meaning and the nuance. And...when you boil it down? It just means you suck.
