Can I begin meditating on sound of "OM" ? Will it help me ? Please if anyone can reply in explanation, this will save my life ... Please its a request.
@@thelegends1141 Yes, you can definitely begin meditating on the sound of OM. OM sound resonates within the body and provides a charge for the body that helps in meditating. The best way to meditate is to focus your attention towards your natural breathing without being disturbed with the various thoughts that will start to appear at first but as your focus becomes strong your breaths will shorten and eventually you will reach the stage where you will be completely relaxed with no thoughts.

@@thelegends1141 Yes, Mandukya Upanishad describes exactly about the same. The different stages that will be experienced by you when you go into deep meditation is explained in these verses of Mandukya Upanishad. The highest stage being the Ultimate Realisation within which is only possible after dedicated deep meditation.

This is taken from Times Music Mandukya Upanishad Album of 3cds that has these verses sung by Pt.Jasraj. I have just taken the English Translation verses that were there in the beginning before the actual verse is beautifully sung by Pt.Jasraj.

Times Music has released only 1 album of Mandukya Upanishad and that is sung by Pt.Jasraj. I mentioned the publishing lable to make it clear from where these verses were taken from.

Yes, it's not an easy feat but it's the highest blessings bestowed upon you to achieve this. It's only a matter of fraction of seconds to realise that Supreme Truth with a spark at the back of your brain during your deepest meditation which gives you that Proof of His Existence 🙏
It's super easy though. You aren't the waking state. You aren't the dream state. You aren't the dreamless deep sleep state. All of those states come and go in you. That you is Him. You are never not present.
yes, That is always present, it is always True. It is the clearing of the clouds, the purification of the mind and heart that keeps us all in delusion that is "hard". Swami Tadatmananda once said.. Awakening can happen anytime. There also requires the preparation and integration in our day to day lives.@@alukuhito
