i get your comment but I was simply making the point that, from what you can see in the video, the patient appears to have normal anatomy and so an oral airway device could have been used avoiding the risks associated with a cricothyrodotomy.
Hello MarioMillion - I came upon this posting of the melker video by accident. I made this video for COOK. The patient was undergoing a laryngectomy and agreed to have the maker done. Do not be concerned - this was not a normal airway !
