If you stay in Saas-Fee, make time for a day in Zermatt that is not far to see the famous mountain, it’s worth it, but make sure it’s a clear day. Saas-Fee, being à care free town like Zermatt offers the advantage to have the main parking at walking distance from the town, unlike Zermatt where a 20 min train ride is necessary from parking to town.
