Birth control does not protect from cervical cancer. A young sexually active woman should have a Pap smear by a reg. Gynecologist every year. Your reg. doctor should not be doing pap-smears. If he missed an actual tumor on your cervix he certainly could not be relied upon to detect cell changes early. He should be sued, I've heard such incompetence of doctors all too often on RUclips it's alarming.

All these cheap brands have corn syrup, etc. Unhealthy. Better to stick with brown rice and dry beans.... oatmeal...can grind the oats to flour and make flat bread. Quinoa if affordable so less carbs. Sad the crazy prices. Good job...but if people eat corn syrup and other horrible ingredients in cheap cheeses....more health issues and then co payments. Rice and beans can get tiresome...

I hope I don't ever get down to a dozen eggs and a loaf of bread for a week. Although, it is good to know it still can be done to get by if need be in a pinch.

So sorry you went throught this, i hope you are okay now❤I was diagnosed with cervical cancer stage 1B2 just like you, back in October 19th 2022 ( I am 41 years old). From there, i went for radical hysterectomy on November 30th and now in Juanuary i go for chemo and radiation for 6 weeks. I did the PET scan and all that you described in your video aswell. It is terrifying to be rush to all these medical stuff in such a short time, but it is for our good. My doctor removed during my operation 21 lymph nodes and one had isolated tumor cells, so this is why i have to go through chemo and radiation. Shirley here, I am a lot older then u, but never was on birth control pills used prevention without hormones. I was lucky never got cancer. I will be 73 on the 9th jan.

Please do an update. I’m at the beginning. I’m scared and wondering how you’re doing. Because this sounds similar to me.

Yes! My Dr. said I found a polyp it's kind of larger than normal but it's fine. Biopsy came back and high grade dysplasia did colposcopy and that too came back HG CIN2 & 3 and again doctor was so strange since pap was normal and HPV was neg so we need to do leep/cone and see how far this has gone. But continues to say but it's fine nothing to worry about. Stop saying that because it is not fine

Aldi in my area has really went up,but I still like some of there stuff.And the potato chips now are $1.88 at my Aldi.Great challenge of $20.00.

I like this one Linda. I would probably substitute one box of the Mac & cheese and pick up a can of Aldi's tuna in water and a can of pork and beans. Mixing up weaner and beans alternating with Mac and cheese and hotdogs. Also would grab my eggs elsewhere for a little cheaper and try to get a can of condensed soup. Saving a few pennies on just one loaf of white bread and having tomato sandwiches alternating with grilled cheese sandwiches and soup.

Thank you for sharing! I’m going for a colposcopy today. I don’t feel good about it, and based on my symptoms - pain during intercourse, and bleeding afterwards, heavy periods, pelvic and lower back pain.. I feel like it’s going to be cancer. My pap already came back with abnormal cells. I had a vaginal ultrasound which came back good, so I goes there is still hope, I don’t know. I’m so nervous and just angry.

Been using FlashFoods since just after Thanksgiving of 2021. I bought a second freezer to accommodate all the meat I was getting at an incredible deal. Before these crazy meat prices hit we had stocked 2 freezers absolutely Full of Beef, Pork, and Chicken. Now we are enjoying all the savings of being pro-active and preparing rather then re-active to these high prices. Wish I would have known this was coming because I almost bought a 3rd freezer late Winter and could have filled that also when meat prices were still affordable.

Oh my gosh! Do yall not have sales tax on groceries? Ours is almost 9 1/2%. That's a killer on a budget. I usually plan on .10 on a dollar, but it really adds up fast. It's messed my budgeting up several times.

What about milk.? You need to include milk in the haul for the french toast as well as the mac and cheese. And what about Syrup or something on the french toast. That isnt basic staples.(usually only salt, pepper and oil/margerine is ) always like the extreme budget meal videos where they actually cook the meals. Also. Its an extreme budget meal where you buy food to fill your belly. For the least amount of money. Eating fresh fruits and veggies is expensive and not always affordable

Lol.... count your blessings.... no one in my area would be able to eat for $10/wk.. kraft dinner has been cut from my budget all together as it is too expensive( $1.59.. $2.19 for extra creamy)).. even off brand $1.29 per box, eggs on sale $3.99 per dozen, off brand hot dogs on sale $4.99 per dozen. I can get a loaf of in-store baked bread for $1.00 but it is at least 4 slices smaller loaf

You could also make tomato sandwiches with some salt and pepper and a little mayo packet if you got one that opens up a whole new set of foods

I suggest Baked chicken covered in barbeque sauce or spiced bread crumbs ( make your own breadcrumbs from ends and stale bread) and with that, carrots roasted on the other side of the sheet pan. Roasted sweet potatoes are really good too. I rub the sliced sweet potatoes with a little oil and sprinkle spices on before baking. Cinnamon is very good, also Italian seasoning.
