Been doing this and two big ball exercises with you for a few weeks, I feel this is the best in terms of challenge, lengthening, flexibility and strength, specially when those are combined. I’m 66 and at first, this was almost too much. Now I can do it all. Also, 30 minutes is just long enough, but not so long that it seems I’m giving my whole day to exercise. I do have other things I love to do, but without a strong body, I wouldn’t be able to do them. I’ve known two women my age, they fell and broke a hip/thighbone and that was it for them. I can still wear high platforms and heels because those 30 minutes every day give me the needed strength and balance to be safe so high up. 😊😊😊
I'm inspired by how well you are taking care of your body! We can accomplish a lot in 30 minutes, especially when we work with props. Glad to hear about all the ways this workout challenged you ❤️

This is such a good exercise! It uses more than one muscle group and afterwords I feel like I really did something. When I did it the first time two months ago, it was way too hard, I couldn’t finish even one of those segments. Now it’s not exactly easy, but I’m getting to too easy. My glasses still fog up every time though, lol. I think this means it’s giving me a good workout, right? I know that if it’s not a challenge, it’s not hard enough and more or less a waste of time. I’ll need to check out your other workouts besides the other two I’m getting from RUclips when I look for Pilates with big ball or Pilates with roller. This is the only exercise channel I would happily support with money (besides what I pay to RUclips for no ads) Thank you!!!!!
