Debussy 1st Prelude Danseuses de Delphes
Просмотров 8221 день назад
The first book of Debussy's preludes opens with the prelude "Danseuses de Delphes" ("Delphic Dancers"). At first, the title may surprise you, because this music is extremely static and slow. But everything falls into place if you consider that the composer wrote this piece inspired by an reproduction of an ancient sculpture depicting three dancers. Delphi was a city in Ancient Greece that has b...
The beauty of Rachmaninoff's polyphony
Просмотров 6 тыс.Месяц назад
Rachmaninoff's Sonata No 2 - one of the best examples of romantic polyphony. Rachmaninoff didn't compose a lot of fugues like Bach or Shostakovich (only one fugue and fugetta), but there are so much inner voices and layers in all his works! #piano #classicalmusic #pianomusic #rachmaninoff
You should know it for orchestral rehearsals!

Of course, I mean the numbers in the score! When working with a conductor, you sometimes have to start from the most unexpected places and you need to be able to quickly navigate the piano score. I wish you successful rehearsals!❤️🎹
One of the craziest Chopin's codas!

I love so much this Ballade! So innocent beginning and devilish coda... In the best traditions of Chopin! 🎹 Watch full video on my channel: ruclips.net/video/MVXuofwDZCI/видео.htmlsi=EpV7ZmLvpDPf2AzA

You played the 2nd Sonata and Chopin's 2nd Ballad at the same concert 😮
I’d say teachers.
Crazy...
We call that a "parlor grand" piano in the US. Those are exceptionally tall windows. This is a skillful and spirited performance of a lovely bit of whimsy. Thank you Ms. Inna.
Is it really polyphony? It's not like all these voices are truly independent. It's more like counterpoint.
Огонь 🔥🔥🔥
A lovely rendition of these preludes. The Op. 32 is one of my favourites and I really enjoyed your interpretation of it. I appreciate the hard work it must have taken to play these (very) demanding pieces this well. Thank you for sharing and I hope you'll share more in the future..
молодец!
Great interpretation of the second movement, particularly the polyphony and all those hidden melodies that were Rachmaninoff's speciality. The version that still stands out is Van Cliburn's live Moscow recording. I've studied the score and his playing (the hard vision) repeatedly.
Sounds Baroque to me. Is it contrapuntal?
Etude Op. 10 No. 7 would be a good prep for this one! Well done!
Your playing is amazing
Lovely!
It really is difficult but I don't think it's the most challenging one in all the four ballades. I've played all four, and my ranking in increasing order of difficulties is 3, 2, 1 then 4. The difficulties in their codas I think also go in the same order. No. 4 is the most technically demanding one in all aspect by far, IMHO.
I completely agree with your ranking. The 4th is crazy difficult!
Beautiful music.
Beautiful thank you to you both ❤
Sometimes it comes from deep inside 😂❤
fantastique! merci Inna
That was beautiful. But background reminds me of Pictures at an Exhibition by Modest Mussorgsky.
Очень круто и прелюдия, и фуга 😊
Rachmaninov trying to be like Scriabin
Все отлично!!!
Thank you again Inna :)
Congratulation but call the tuner
Might be Werckmeister or Kirnberger...
I love your interpretation. Such panache and musicality.
Wonderful playing! Great intensity in your approach. I love it!
Had to check if the video is played at normal speed in my app
I'm currently working on "la serenade interrompue", very hip stuff. I always adored Debussy. Very clear and tasty playing, thanks!
Very Beautiful Playing!😀
Wonderful playing, brava!
I put the CD on and open the windows 😂. She is brilliant.
Dear lady, thank you very much for sharing. I very much appreciate baroque polyphony, and your title was the reason for me to click on the video. Your playing touched my heart and you widened my horizon. Thank you very much. Also I feel sorry for you because of the other superficial comments. I got the impression that you poured your heart into this playing and other people dare to comment on your appearance. Thanks again for sharing, I very much appreciate it!
Indeed, your playing is excellent. Do not let such unnecessary comments detract from your clear passion and understanding of this work!
Congratulations on your wonderful performance of these selections of Rachmaninov 24 preludes. I think you are extremely talented. I love Rachmaninov preludes.
Thank you very much! 😌
Amazing playing🎉 Bravo🌹
I admire the alertness and concentration of you. I have played viola and getting too old and slow. I wish good rehearsals and concerts to you. Prokofjef is one of my favorite composers.
Wonderful playing. Is it Mozart?
Thank you! Yes, Sonata c moll KV 457
@@InnaInMusic Awesome. I am an amateur pianist. I always struggle to remember the music. She is brilliant.
I envy your wonderful elan.
Beautiful and lyrical interpretation. You really make it sing.
Strap on that seatbelt 😙😱😱😱😱😱😱😃
😎
I lost you on that first chord of the coda ....🤔🤔🤔. I THINK CHOPIN HAD A LITTLE TOO MUCH COFFEE THAT DAY.. HIGH ON CAFFEINE . 😃😃😃😄😄
This is one of the best versions I've heard so far, it's amazing! Please keep posting more
Thank you so much!😌
This is my biggest dream. A beautiful woman playing Rachmaninoff for me. I love this movement so much, I even started learning it. Rachmaninoff is the key to my soul. Thank god he existed.
Your hair is as gorgeous as your playing...
